### Can we change Circleback plans, upgrade, or downgrade whenever we want?

Yes, you can switch plans or add or remove seats whenever from Settings → Billing. You're only charged the prorated difference when making changes and remaining balance is applied as a credit to your future invoices.

### Do teammates who aren't in meetings need a paid Circleback seat?

No, you can add viewers to your team for free. Viewers can access meetings that have been shared with them but can't use Circleback for their own meetings.

### What's Circleback's cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime with a single click. No hoops to jump through, nobody trying to talk you out of it.

### Does Circleback have a non-profit discount?

Yes, Circleback has a 30% non-profit discount. Sign up with your non-profit email, then contact support to have it applied to your account.
